摘　　要：介绍了一套成品玻璃生产线上对各主要环节进行玻璃数量统计的系统。系统采用电感式接近开关和直接反射式光电开关为传感器,以工控机为平台、工业控制软件——组态王为测量检测核心,对数据进行实时监测并记录相应的变化,对成品玻璃(包括协议品、改裁品)、损坏玻璃都有较为准确的计数,从而为公司的生产运营带来了方便。The article introduces a counting system on the production line of the glass on the basis of photoelectric sensors and King view. Inductance proximity switch and directly-reflect photoelectric sensor are adopted to detect the data in this system. This system uses industrial computer as platform and KingView as core to record the differences of the data and then uses them to memorize the data into the computer. This system not only counts pieces of quality glass and waste glass accurately on line
