燃煤过程中硫析出特性的影响因素

摘　　要：为了更为具体深入的研究燃煤过程中硫的析出规律,使燃煤过程中硫的排放得到有效的控制。通过利用管式炉燃烧实验,分别考察了包括煤种、停留时间、粒度、温度等不同因素对燃煤硫析出的影响。实验结果表明,温度对硫的析出影响最为显著,停留时间次之,粒度和煤种对硫的析出影响较小。In order to research the release characteristics of sulfur during coal combustion efficiently,and control the emission of sulfur during coal combustion effectively.The influence on the sulfur release of different factors are investigated including the combustion temperature,retention time,the type of coal and the particle of coal. The result shows that the fast factor is the influence of temperature on the sulfur releasing,the retention time is the second,the type of coal and particle is the less.The research provides the guidance for the prevention pollution emission.
