摘　　要：为解决YWK-50-C型压力控制器的动触头与固定触头闭合和断开而造成的误动作及节点易烧损问题,对YWK-50-C型压力控制器进行分析研究,在该压力调整器前端设一个辅助风缸,安装了直流继电器、电容,这样就能稳定波纹管内压力,解决了压力控制器的误动作的问题,节点的电流和电容都足够大,解决了节点以烧损的缺点。可以节省备件消耗,提高效益,将在电机车上广泛应用。According to the YWK-50-C type pressure controller lies problem which the disoperation is produced when the fixed contact and moving contact separate or contact should be solved urgently,and which for solving node to damage easily.By analysis and research,carrying establish an assistance breeze urn to stabilize the pressure of the ripples in the pressure's controller forepart,and installing the D c relay and electric capacity.So solving mistaking action,and the pitch point electric current and the electric capacity enough are all big,solving the loss by burning shortcoming of pitch point.Thus the spare parts consumption may be saved,the benefit will be enhanced,Being reformed YWK-50-C type pressure controller will be widespread application On electric locomotive.
