摘　　要：目的壳聚糖应用于黏膜给药上的新进展。方法根据国内外近几年来的文献资料,进行整理归纳。结果壳聚糖以其独特的物理化学性质和生物学特征,吸引着人们的注意力,成为一种应用日渐广泛的药用辅料。结论壳聚糖可以在黏膜的控,缓释给药方面发挥重要的作用。OBJECTIVE To introduce the new advances and prospects of chitosan in mucosal drug delivery system.METHOD To settle and get conclusion according to the relevant domestic and intemationalliterature.RESULTS Owing to unique chem.-physics and biology character,much more attention is attracted and it is being looked as a promising phatmaceutical excipient.CONCLUSION Chitosan will day an important role in mucosal controlled/sustained drug delivery system.
