摘  要:目的制备感愈灵泡腾片并对其进行质量控制。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别盐酸麻黄碱;建立HPLC控制葛根素的含量,采用Hypersil—C_(18)((?)4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇—重蒸水(25:75),检测波长250nm。结果该含量测定方法的线性范围为0.1224~0.6120μg(r=0.9997,n=5),平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.48%(n=5)。结论感愈灵泡腾片制备工艺简便可行,含量测定快速准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To prepare the Ganyuling effervescent tablet and establish the standard of quality control.METHOD Efedria hydrochloric was identified by TLC.Content of kakonein was controled by HPLC.HPLC was performed on Hypersil-C18 column with methanol-water(25:75) as the mobile phase and detection at 250 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of the method was linear within the range of 0.1224μg^0.6120μg(r=0.997,n=5).The average recovery rate was 99.5%.RSD = 1.48%(n =5).CONCLUSION The Canyuling effervescent tablet was feasible in technological process.The method of content determination is simple and accurate.
