摘 要:采用室温浸渍法,将锌离子负载于5A分子筛上,得到脱硫吸附剂。考察了吸附剂不同焙烧温度和负载不同浓度锌离子浓度在汽油模拟体系中的脱硫醇性能,结果表明0.16 mol/L的离子浓度和300℃的焙烧温度是比较合适的。同时发现较高温度、低浓度的模拟体系对吸附剂脱硫醇性能有利。最后考察了2种再生方法的再生效果。An adsorbent for desulfurization was prepared from 5A molecular sieves loaded with Zn^(2+) at room temperature.The influences of different baking temperatures and concentrations of Zn^(2+)on the desulferization performance of the adsorbent were studied,and the results showed that 0.16mol/L of Zn^(2+) concentration and 300℃ of baking temperature was optimal to its desulferization performance.The study also indicated that high temperature and low concentration are in favor of the removal of ethanethiol from the model gasoline.At last,two different methods of regeneration were compared.
