摘　　要：介绍了用挤压铸造技术制造高强度锌铝合金齿轮特别是有防爆、阻燃要求的齿轮的方法.挤压铸造高强度锌铝合金齿轮模具结构、制造工艺简便可靠,生产成本低,经济效益高.The method of gears manufactured with high-intensity Zn-Al alloys in squeeze casting was introduced,especially for some gears with demands for ignition proof and flame-proof.The mold structure and making technology of using high-intensity Zn-Al alloys in squeeze casting is simple,reliable,low cost,having good economic benefits.
