点火药粒度变化对产品性能的影响研究

摘　　要：为研究点火药粒度变化对产品性能的影响,采用扫描电镜与激光衍射粒度仪测量了原料粒径,将4种不同粒度的Si粉分别与3.59μm的Pb3O4混合,制得无气体延期点火药Si-Pb3O4,进行了产品发火感度试验和作用时间试验。试验结果表明,随着Si粉粒度的减小,产品发火感度升高,发火能量降低;产品作用时间缩短。并从理论上对试验结果进行了分析。In order to study the varying granularity of ignition powder influencing on the property of product,the particle size of materials was measured by means of SEM and laser diffraction granularity instrument,the ignition powder Si-Pb3O4 was made by mixing four granularities of Si powder with Pb3O4 respectively.The fire sensitivity and function time measurement tests have been done.Result showed that with the granularity of Si powder decreasing,the fire sensitivity of product became higher,the fire energy decreased,and the function time was shortened.The results were theoretical analyzed also.
