摘　　要：结合案例对加拿大法规和标准进行了研究,从管理机构、技术法规、认可范围、认可程序、后续管理等方面总结了烟花爆竹产品认可程序和认可管理的基本要求。Combining with the cases,the Canadian regulations and standards were studied,the general requirements for authorization process of the explosives and management were summarized from the aspect of competent authority,technical acts,authorization scope,authorization process and management.
