摘　　要：按照系统性、可比性、可操作性的原则,选取基础设施、人力资源、技能存量、税收、商务成本、经济发展、市场规模、外资参与等8个一级指标及若干二、三级指标,组成中国区域投资环境评价指标体系,并按照ANP法确定各级指标的权重,对我国区域投资环境进行实证分析,提出了营造公平竞争环境、发挥地区比较优势、健全协调互动机制、建设环境友好社会的政策建议。This paper selected 8 first-level indexes,several second-level and third-level indexes,which involved in infrastructure,human resources,ability and technology,tax revenue,commercial cost,economic development,market scale and foreign capital participate,to composite the Chinese regional assessment index system of investment climate.These indexes were selected according to the principles of systematicness,comparability and operationality.In term of AHP law,the weights of the index of different levels were det...
