摘　　要：水资源不足已经成为制约山西国民经济和社会发展、实现全面建设小康社会战略目标的重要因素。根据当前和今后一段时期山西经济社会发展的趋势,从合理配置水资源、提高资源利用效率出发,提出水资源支撑山西经济社会发展的对策建议。Water shortage has become a constraining national economic and social development of Shanxi to achieve a comprehensive strategic goal of building a well-off society in an important factor.According to current and future period of time economic and social development trend in Shanxi,from the rational allocation of water resources,improve the efficiency of resource use,the paper proposes proposals of water resources to support the development of Shanxi s economic and social.
