醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠臀大肌中环化腺苷酸、环化乌苷酸含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠臀大肌中环化腺苷酸(cAMP)、环化乌苷酸(cGMP)含量的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)一次性腹腔注射65 mg.kg-1,并连续7 d皮下注射甲状腺素诱发大鼠实验性糖尿病模型,至14 d,选取成模大鼠以醒胰降糖灵干预21 d后,用放射免疫方法检测大鼠臀大肌中cAMPc、GMP的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠臀大肌中cAMP、cGMP含量有显著下降(P<0.01),醒胰降糖灵组与造模组比较有明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:醒胰降糖灵可阻抑实验性糖尿病大鼠臀大肌中cAMP、cGMP含量的下降,其作用机制可能与醒胰降糖灵参与胰岛素受体后水平信息转导有关。Objective:To explore the effects of Xingyi Jiangtang Ling on the content of cAMP,cGMP in of diabetic rats.Methods:The model of diabetic rat was established with strephtozotocin 65 mg·kg^(-1) ip and then concomitant hypodenmic injection with thyroxine,once a day,lasting 7 days.After treated with Xingyi Jiangtang Ling for 21 days,the content of cAMP,cGMP in the ectogluteus of all experimental rats was detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared to normal group,the content of cAMP,cGMP in the ectogluteus of ...
