摘　　要：目的观察龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法将160例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加服龙胆泻肝汤加减汤剂;两组均治疗1周后判定临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率对比,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减结合西医常规治疗急性胆囊炎,与单用西医常规治疗相比其临床疗效更优。Objective The liver soup observing a rough gentian rushing down adds or subtracts the curative effect curing impatient cholecytitis clinic.Methods 160 example patients are cured mark for the group who cures a group and contrasts the group,collation adopt Western medicine routine;Contrast the liver soup rushing down set in adding dose of rough gentian on the basis that Western medicine routine cures adding or subtracting a herb broth;The queen who cures l cycele two set equally decides the clinical curative ...
