摘　　要：目的探讨不使用胃肠道造影剂的腹部CT平扫在无典型临床表现的急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法对53例不明原因急腹症患者行腹部CT平扫,未使用胃肠道造影剂。结果53例患者中,27例CT诊断为阑尾炎,5例疑诊阑尾炎。均经手术、病理证实。诊断符合率为100%。结论对于无典型临床表现的急性阑尾炎患者,未使用胃肠道造影剂的腹部CT平扫可准确地诊断或排除阑尾炎。Objective To investigate the value of nonenhaced abdominal CT without enteric opacification for acute appendicitis without typical symptoms and signs.Methods Nonenhanced CT scans were conducted without enteric opacification in 53 patients with acute abdomen of unknow causes to diagnose or exclude acute appendicitis.Results There were 32 true-positive diagnoses (27 of which were correctly diagnosed,and the other 5 were suspected as acute appendicitis by CT),21 true-negative diagnoses, nofalse-negativediagnos...
