摘　　要：腹痛是临床上最常见的症状之一,在内科及外科疾病中尤为常见,但由于腹痛的部位不明显,在临床诊治过程中医生对腹痛的发生原因认识不够,而造成误诊,延误了疾病的治疗。本文通过腹痛为首发症状的非消化系统疾病30例患者的发病原因、病机等各方面分析,说明腹痛可由多种或其它疾病而引起。Abdominal painis one of the clinical,common symptoms and it is very common for the department of internal and external medicine.Because the abdominal pain area is not obvious,the acquaintance for the abdominal pain reason of the doctor is not enough.Then it is easy to have a misdiagnosis and delay the disease s healing.We analyze the 30 cases non-assimilation system disease,and the result shows abdominal pain can be caused by many kinds of diseases or other disease.
