摘　　要：目的探讨先天性胫骨假关节的一种新的治疗方法。方法通过游离移植带腓动静脉腓骨吻合血管治疗先天性胫骨假关节。结果患者骨折愈合,肢体恢复长度,胫骨假关节无复发。结论吻合血管腓骨移植是治疗先天性胫骨假关节的有效方法。Objective To investigate a new treatment method of Congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia.Methods Congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia is treated with vaso-anastomosis fibula transplantation.Results The patient s fracture was healed and the length of extremity was recovered.No tibial pseudarthrosis recurred.Conclusion It is an effective method to cure the Congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia with vaso-anastomosis fibula transplantation.
