摘　　要：文章探讨了教学秘书的工作职责和特点,并对从事教学秘书工作提了一些建议。Teaching management is the essence of university administration.Teaching secretaries play the most basic and important role in the team of university administration,which decides the various characteristics of teaching secretaries affairs.This paper tries to analyze the responsibilities and features of the teaching secretaries job and puts forward some measures to strengthen and improve the job of teaching secretary.
