摘　　要：目的探讨后外侧小切口双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法收集2004年1月至2007年12月高龄(平均74.5岁)股骨颈骨折患者80例,男女各40例,采用后外侧小切口双极人工股骨头置换术治疗,出院后随访24个月。观察术后并发症、行X线检查并且进行Harris评分。结果80例患者,Harris评分发现优64例、良13例、可2例,差1例,优良率达96.25%。结论后外侧小切口双极人工股骨头置换术是一种理想的治疗老年股骨颈骨折的术式。Objective To investigate the clinic therapeutic effect with lateral minn-incision bipolar artificial femoral head replacement prosthesis to treat the femoral neck fractures in senile patients.Methods Eighty senile femoral neck fractures cases were collected,which is from Jan.2004 to Dec.2007.There were 40 males and 40 females,and the average age was 74.5 year.All patients were treated with lateral minn-incision bipolar artificial femoral head replacement prosthesis.The mean age of the patients was 83.6 year...
