摘　　要：目的:探讨超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:对65例阑尾炎患者进行超声检查,并与手术后结果对照。结果:65例患者中,超声诊断阑尾炎62例,诊断符合率95.3%。结论:超声诊断急性阑尾炎方便快捷,诊断准确率高,并能与其他类型急腹症进行鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the value of the ultrasonic diagnosis of the acute appendicitis.Methods Ultrasonography was performed in 65 patients with acute appendicitis,and the results were compared with operation.Results The ultrasonography correct diagnostic rate was 95.3%.Conclusion Ultrasonography is an convenient method to the diagnosis of patients of acute appendicitis,high rate of Accuracy,which could differential diagnosis with other acute abdomen.
