摘　　要：目的:了解尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白的结果与透射比浊法测尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)结果间的一致性.方法:用尿液分析仪和透射比浊法对265例尿液标本同时检测.结果;在需要检测尿mAlb的标本中,由于敏感度的不同用尿分析仪检测出的阳性率很低,并且其阳性结果中还存在一定数量的假阳性。结论:尿mAlb的检测与尿常规中尿蛋白测定结果相比。具有准确度高、灵敏度高等优点,在临床疾病的早期诊断中更具有重要意义。Objective:Understood the urine analyzer examination urine protein the result and the transmission nephelometry meas- ures the urine micro albumin (mA1b) the result uniformity.Method:nephelometry also examines with the urine analyzer and the transmission to 265 examples urine specimen.Result:In needs to examine urinates in the mA1b specimen,because the sensitivity dif- ferently determines with the urine analysis the masculine gender rate is very low,and in its masculine result also has certain quantity the f...
