中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎97例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合疗法治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床效果。方法:按接诊日期单、双日将病员分为甲、乙两组,甲组(中西医结合组)50例,乙组(西医组)47例,乙组采用抗感染禁食胃肠减压、解痉止痛、改善微循环,抑制胰腺分泌,药物有抑肽酶、善得定。甲组除上述西医治疗外,采用空肠营养,早期加清胰汤保留灌肠,一天2次,5～7天后改为十二指肠降部注入和腹部(左侧胰腺部位)外敷大黄红花调蛋清。结果:经治疗观察后统计,2周岁内两组无明显差异,治疗3用差异有显著意义。第3用治疗结束,甲组优于乙组,差异有显著性(X~2=6.712,P=0.010)。结论:中西医结合治疗效果优于乙组,缩短了治疗时间,减少并发症和病死率。Objective:Discussion cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine therapy treatment acute heavy sickness pancreatitis clinical effect.Method:The mortgage examines Japan the promissory note,the even-numbered days divides into the patient the ar- mor,the second grade two groups,the starting team (cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine group) 50 examples,the second grade group (doctor practicing western medicine group) 47 examples,the second grade group uses the anti-infection to fast the stomach and intes...
