摘　　要：目的:总结急性心肌梗死的临床治疗资料,提高临床诊疗水平。方法:对我院2006年1月～2008年1月救治的78例急性心肌梗死患者的资料进行总结分析。结果:经过救治,病情好转出院者66例(占84.62%)。其中36例溶栓治疗患者心肌再灌注成功32例(占88.89%),12例行经皮穿刺腔内冠状动脉成形术治疗成功12例(占100%),院外心源性猝死4例(占5.13%),入院后治疗无效死亡8例(占10.26%),除颤成功4例(占5.13%)。结论:急性心肌梗死应该尽早给予正确的抢救治疗,再灌注治疗作为挽救濒死心肌的最有效措施,在急性心梗治疗中具有重要作用。Objective:Summarizes the acute cardiac arrest clinical treatment material,enhances clinically diagnoses and treats the level.Method;78 examples acute cardiac arrests patient s material in January,2006～in January,2008 treats and cures which to my courtyard carries on the summary analysis.Result:After treats and cures,the condition change for the better leaving the hospital 66 examples(account for 84.62%).36 examples dissolve the hitch to treat the patient cardic muscle to pour into the successful 32 ex- ampl...
