摘　　要：目的:探讨自锁型髓内针治疗长骨干骨折的优缺点。方法:回顾分析2003年10月～2005年5月间对14例肱股骨干骨折应用自锁型髓内钉采取闭合或开放方法置入手术治疗的结果。结果:本组病例经手术治疗后2.5～5个月(平均3.7月)均获临床愈合,骨痴形成满意,功能良好。结论:自锁型髓内针治疗长骨干骨折具有手术操作简单方便,手术创伤和血运破坏小,固定可靠的特点,能够促进骨折早期临床愈合。Objective:In the discussion self-locking marrow the needle treats the long backbone bone fracture the good and bad points.Method:The review analyzes in October,2003～2005 year in May the nail to adopt closed or the opening method to 14 exam- ples brachiums stock backbone bone fracture application self-locking marrow in sets at the result which into the surgery treats.Re- sult:This group of case of illness treat a latter 2.5～5 month after the surgery(average 3.7 months)to attain clinically heals,callus forms ...
