摘　　要：目的探讨降低门诊胃肠镜麻醉风险的措施。方法回顾性总结四川大学华西医院麻醉科2003年7月～2007年2月行无痛苦性胃肠镜麻醉32000例的不良反应结果。结果32000例患者在麻醉前、麻醉及复苏时出现过不同程度的不良反应,但不良反应发生率在逐年下降。结论在麻醉前、麻醉与复苏时注意规范流程与操作,提高麻醉管理水平,有助于提高麻醉安全性,规避门诊麻醉风险。[Objective] To evaluate the method of reducing risk of gastroenteroscopic anesthesia in out-patient department. [Methods] The data of adverse reaction of 32 000 patients of gastroenteroscopy in anesthesia from July 2003 to February 2007, were retrospectively summarized. These data came from Department of Anesthesiology, Huaxi Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu, Sichuan.
