摘　　要：目的探讨超声内镜(EUS)对十二指肠隆起性病变的诊断价值。方法对56例常规胃镜发现的十二指肠隆起性病灶进行超声内镜检查。结果发现息肉10例,黏膜炎性隆起1例,十二指肠Brunner腺瘤23例,间质瘤12例,脂肪瘤1例,胆囊外压3例,十二指肠乳头癌5例,十二指肠淋巴瘤1例。结论EUS能清晰显示消化道管壁层次结构及相邻器官组织结构,对十二指肠隆起性病变定性诊断有很高的价值。[Objective] To investigate the value of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in diagnosing elevated lesions in duodenal tract. [Methods] 56 cases with elevated lesions in the duodenal tract found by routine endoscopy were examined by EUS. [Results] In 56 patients, 11 cases were found to be polyps (10 cases) and inflammative lesion of mucosa (1 case), 23 cases were diagnosed as Brunner adenomas, 12 cases as stromal tumours and 1 case as lipoma from submucosa,3 cases were found to be protuberance from outside or...
