摘　　要：海图的质量是整个海事基础信息的核心和灵魂。目前,虽然纸质海图生产与更新已基本实现数字化,但纸质海图的质量检查仍采用传统的手工方式,这不仅效率低下,而且无法保证检查出所有可能的错误,难以保障纸质海图数据的准确性。因此,本文提出了一种基于标准库的纸质海图质量检测的新方法,该方法充分顾及了纸质海图的数字化生产工艺,实现了数字条件下纸质海图生产与更新中高效的质量检测。根据该方法开发的海图质量检测原型系统,在天津海事局得到了初步应用,并获得了良好的效果。The quality of marine chart is the core and soul of maritime fundamental information.
