摘　　要：文章分析了目前国内电子出版物的认知率和使用率较低等问题的成因及解决方法,并对提高图书馆电子出版物使用率的途径作了探讨。In the network environment,the digital reading becomes a new manner for people to obtain information.But right now in our country,there are very low perceive and utilization efficiency on electronic publications,This paper analyzes the reason of these actualities and points out that the libraries must ameliorate their service and improve the utilization efficiency of the electronic publications
