摘　　要：职业生涯规划是大学生就业最先行、最基础的一项准备工作,也是大学生实现职业理想和职业目标的关键一环。本文在分析当前我国大学生职业生涯规划存在问题的基础上,提出解决这一问题的基本思路。It is known to us that career planning is the fundamental work for college students,also,it is treated as the key to achieve professional goal.This thesis basically analyzes the problems that occur in the period of career planning of the college students in our country,and carry out some advise to solve this issue.
