摘　　要：目的探讨神经内镜在外伤性脑室内出血中的应用。方法应用神经内镜清除31例外伤性脑室内出血,镜下置引流管,脑室内注入尿激酶清除残留血肿。结果出院时GOS评分,17例良好,7例中残,4例重残,3例死亡。结论神经内镜清除外伤性脑室内血肿是一种微创、有效的技术。[Objective] To discuss the use of endoscopic surgery for traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage (TIVH). [Methods] Thirty one patients with TIVH were operated with neuroendoscope, the tubes for external ventricular drainage were inserted under the guide of neuroendoscope and urokinase was used for thrombolytic therapy.
