摘　　要：采用竞争反应模式建立了鸡蛋中磺胺嘧啶(SD)残留的胶体金试纸条半定量检测方法。该试纸条由吸样材料、玻璃纤维、硝酸纤维素膜、吸水材料组成。用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金,胶体金标记SD单克隆抗体;SD竞争物包被于硝酸纤维素膜,制成胶体金试纸条。该试纸条在15min内可完成对SD残留的半定量检测,读条系统判定灵敏度为5μg/L,肉眼判定检测限为10μg/L,与其他磺胺类药物无交叉反应,在鸡蛋中的回收率为71%~96.7%;用试纸条与ELISA对来自动物试验的52份鸡蛋样品进行对比检测,以10、100ng/g为cutoff值,两者阳性(大于100ng/g)符合率为100%,弱阳性(10~100ng/g)符合率为72.7%,阴性(小于10ng/g)符合率为84.2%,两者总符合率为94.2%。该方法灵敏度高,简便快速,无需特殊仪器设备,有良好的开发应用前景。A colloidal gold test strip was developed in the competitive reaction format for semi-quantitative detection of sulfadiazine in eggs.The test strip was made up of a sample pad,a glass fiber,a nitrocellulose membrane,a absorbent pad.Colloidal gold was prepared with reducing reaction of sodium citrate and coupled with monoclonal antibody against sulfadiazine.BSA-sulfadiazine was coupled with the nitrocellulose membranes to prepare the colloidal gold strips.With this test strip,the semi-quantitative detection ...
