摘　　要：胸或胸腹部因创伤发生膈肌破裂,腹腔脏器进入胸腔者为创伤性膈疝。我院从2006年01月~2008年03月共收治创伤性膈疝17例。Chest or chest and abdominal injuries occurred because of the breakdown of the diaphragm, abdominal organs into the chest of those traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Hospital from January 2006 to March 2008 were treated 17 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.
