摘　　要：目的:探讨多发性骨折伴休克的救治措施及效果。方法:回顾性分析了2004年12月至2007年12月共64例多发骨折伴休克的临床资料。结果:本组患者均有不同程度的休克。平均ISS为30.1;死亡5人,其中死于失血性休克2例,死于血气胸的1例,死于严重颅脑损伤2例;结论:强调院前急救早期抗休克治疗及早期内固定治疗的重要性,讨论了有关严重并发伤的处理原则。Objective: Discusses the sending bone fracture partner to be in shock treats and cures the measure and the effect.
