摘　　要：近年来,随着人们对心力衰竭发病机制认识的深入,β受体阻滞剂已由原先禁用于心力衰竭转变为心衰治疗的适应证。卡维地洛作为一种无内在拟交感活性的第三代的非选择性β受体阻滞剂,兼有阻断β1、β2和α1受体及抗自由基、抗氧化损伤作用。本研究通过观察卡维地洛对CHF患者心功能的影响,来评价其疗效,探讨其作用机制。In recent years, with people’s understanding of the pathogenesis of heart failure in-depth, β-blockers in heart failure has been banned from the original changes to the treatment of congestive heart failure indications.
