摘　　要：目的:总结腰背部直切口经腰上三角入路行肾输尿管手术的优缺点。方法:采用腰背部直切口,经腰上三角入路行肾活检术、输尿管成形术、输尿管中上段切开取石术共58例。结果:58例手术均获得成功。未发生并发症。与腰部斜切口入路比较,平均手术时间和住院时间均有缩短。结论:经腰背部直切口手术入路在肾输尿管手术中具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,但有一定适用范围。Purpose:Sum up the middle back straightening a cut doing excellent kidney ureter operation shortcoming by that the triangle enters a road on the middle.Method:Adopt the middle back to straighten a cut,the kidney inspects up a skill in a lively way,the ureter forming skill,the above-average ureter Duan incision take stone skill 58 examples in total by that the triangle becomes a member of the road line on the middle.Result:58 example operation wins out without exception.Complication happened.The tilted with ...
