摘　　要：创建文明城市.是提升城市文明程度和市民文明素质的一项全民受益的“民心工程”,它与每一位市民的生活息息相关,是创建和谐家园和谐社会的基础和保障。Qingdao is situated at the foot of Mount Lao and beside the Huanghai (Yellow Sea), thus boasting beautiful landscapes and a year-round pleasant climate. Integrating the culture of mountain, sea, city, and human interest, as well as business and finance, Qingdao is an important harbor city with many famous brand name products, an excellent tourist city, a city of marine science and technology, and an city happily opening up to the world.
