安徽省2003~2004年流脑疫情实验诊断及分析

摘　　要：目的研究安徽省流脑流行特征和流脑菌群变异状况,为控制流脑流行提供依据。方法在2003~2004年度流脑疫情处理过程中,采集病人脑脊液2份,密切接触者咽拭子700份,用卵黄双抗琼脂培养基直接分离置37℃5%~10%二氧化碳条件下培养18~24h,取可疑菌落进行血清学鉴定及生化、药敏试验。结果从病人脑脊液和密切接触者咽拭子中分离培养出C群脑膜炎奈瑟氏双球菌74株,A群脑膜双球菌11株,B群脑膜双球菌19株。结论安徽省2003~2004年的流脑疫情是以C群流脑为主的流行。先锋V等青霉素类药对C群流脑菌株敏感。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristic and bacterium variation of cerebrospinal meningitis in Anhui Province.Methods 2 CSF samples from 2 patients and 700 faucial swab samples from the close contactors were collected,then directly inoculated the agar including yelk and double-antibiotics and cultured for 18~24 hours at 37℃ and 5%-10% carbon dioxide.The suspicious colonies were selected to make further biochemistry and drug sensitivity test.Results A total of 74 strains of serogroup C,11 strains...
