摘　　要：对劳动教养立法涉及的劳动教养对象、性质、期限、适用程序、法律名称和与此紧密相关的法律协调等主要问题进行研究。The legislation of reeducation through labor is an issue causing much argument among experts,scholars and practitioners.This article reports another study on the main problems concerning the legislation of reeducation through labor,such as the target to be reeducated through labor,the quality and proper procedures of reeducation through labor,and the legal item and readjustment of the legislation of reeducation through labor.
