摘　　要：从加强听力和口语教学入手,树立《实用英语》新的教学理念,开展实用性英语教学,把培养学生的语言应用能力作为教学目标,加强表达能力和应用能力,全面提高大学生英语综合运用能力。On the basis of grasping the essence of the Fundamental Requirement and fostering the new teaching concept of Practical English,that is,launching the practical teaching of English, developing the students practical ability of English, strengthening the productive skill and practical skill,thus the college students comprehensive and practical skill can be fully developed,we intend to reinforce the teaching of listening and speaking.
