提高监理取费的初步研究

摘　　要：提出监理取费偏低是阻碍监理行业发展的主要问题之一由于监理企业取费低,导致人员素质很难提高,服务质量和效果下降,监理企业的竞争力减弱。作者对我国目前的监理取费低的原因进行分析,指出监理取费低造成的严重后果,并提出提高取费的可能办法。One of the principal blocks to the supervision trade is the low fee.Because of the low fee, the supervision personnel level can t improve and service quality and effect supplied by the supervision firms are decreasing.And the supervisor firms competition ability is feeble as well.The author analyses the reasons of the low level on the supervision fees in China, and lists the terrible influence of the lower level and suggests the possible ways of improving the supervision fees.
