摘　　要：针对智能建筑物业管理在实践中存在的问题进行分析,提出发展我国智能建筑物业管理的对策。This paper analyzes the practical problems which exist in management of intelligent building facility management and points out some countermeasures in developing our country s intelligent building facility management.
