摘　　要：通过对教学管理人员现状及必须具备的素质进行分析,重点提出加强教学管理队伍建设、提高教学管理队伍素质的一些措施。The author first analyzed the present situation and the required qualities of the staff, and then put forward some corresponding measures of how to enhance the construction of the teaching management forces and how to improve the forces′ qualities.
