摘　　要：集成制造单元在我院产品的生产过程中得到了充分应用,其基础是一个满足国家安全保密规定的网络环境。通过三层路由交换机Passport8600,以机制所建立的集成制造单元网络系统为具体实例,通过网络分段,设置VLAN,通信业务管理控制,进行IP地址、MAC地址和交换机端口绑定等措施,建立了有效、经济、实用的网络安全基础平台。The computer integrated manufacturing unit is developed in CAEP’s production manufacturing, the base of this is a network that is adapt to the safety and security by law. It is feasible to build effectual, economic and banausic safe base of Intranet, through segment the net, set VLAN, control communication operation, bind IP and MAC and switch port base on the 3rd layer switch, use to achieve our basic requirements to the network safety in using information system.
