摘　　要：EPEC和ETEC是引起幼畜腹泻的主要致病菌,每年给全球养殖业带来了巨大的经济损失,因此理解EPEC、ETEC的毒力因子与致病性的关系具有极为重要实际意义.本文对EPEC和ETEC两种病原菌中毒力因子的致病机理、免疫原性以及它们的研究进展进行了概述,为进行深入研究大肠杆菌毒力因子、防止大肠杆菌病以及研制高效的大肠杆菌病疫苗提供理论依据.EPEC and ETEC infections cause diarrhea in little animals,resulting in significant economic losses in livestock industry worldwide annually.Therefore,it is worthy to study the relationship between toxic factors and pathogenic abilities.This review emphasized the pathogenesis、immunogenicity and the development of EPEC and ETEC toxic factors.It provided a basis of theory for further research of toxic factors of E.coli,and for the new vaccine which could reduce the economic losses and improve the living level ...
