摘　　要：免疫胶体金技术是近些年来发展起来的一项新型免疫标记技术,在生物医学中已有广泛的应用.以这种技术为基础开发的检测试剂盒有快捷、准确、特异性强、敏感性高的特点.适用于基层兽医站、养殖场等使用,在今后必定会有更广泛的应用前景.综述了该技术的原理、特点、应用及发展前景.The marking method with colloidal gold is a developing immuno-marking technology in recent years.It has been widely used in biomedicine.The testing box which is exploited based on this technology is rapid,exact,sensitive and diathesis.The prospect of application can be much more expansive in the grass roots of vet station and the breed aquatics fild and so on.This article summarized the element,characteristic,application and the development of the research on this technology.
