摘　　要：作者以清华大学党政领导重视离退休同志工作为背景;以如何认识老年人才优势,发挥老年人才作用,促进社会和谐发展的成果为依据;从理论到实践论述了老年人才的作用,并提出建设性意见。Our country has entered the ageing society.The author accord to the leaders of the party and government of Tsinghua University pay more attention to retired comrades as background.According to how to recognize the advantage of the agedness talents,to develop the functions of the agedness talents,to promote accord development of the society that achievement.From theory to practice that talk about the functions of the agedness talents and give the constructive suggestions in the end of this paper.
