经桡动脉行冠状动脉球囊成形术及支架术的应用体会

摘　　要：目的　评价开展经桡动脉冠状动脉成形术的可行性。方法　我院2 0 0 4年7月至2 0 0 5年4月间共完成经桡动脉冠状动脉行冠状动脉球囊成形术(PTCA) 5 5例。术后检查桡动脉的搏动情况。结果　5 5例患者共置入支架6 7枚,其中A型病变30个,B型病变2 6个,C型病变11个,支架长度8～33mm ,支架直径2 .5～4 .0mm。手术成功率96 % (5 3 5 5 ) ,2例未成功,均为前降支慢性闭塞,导丝未能通过病变。无一例转股动脉途径手术。未发生心脏并发症。术后未见桡动脉闭塞及血管并发症。结论　经桡动脉行PTCA创伤小、手术成功率高、血管并发症少,是PTCA的又一理想途径。Objective Evaluate the feasibility of PTCA and stents by radial artery. Methods we had operated PTCA for 25 cases by radial artery from July 2004 to April 2005. The average age is 63 years old including 40 men and 15 women. Results 67 stents were implanted in 55 patients including 30A cases, 26 B cases and 11C cases. These stents is about 8mm to 33mm in length and 2.5mm to 4.0mm in width.
