血清酶变化在小儿肺炎并心衰时的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨血清酶的变化在小儿肺炎并心衰时的临床意义。方法　测定 36例肺炎并心衰患儿血清肌酸激酶及同功酶、乳酸脱氢酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶变化 ,并与同期住院肺炎无心衰患儿 36例对照。结果　肺炎心衰患儿四种酶较对照组明显升高 ,(P <0 .0 1)。结论　鉴测肺炎并心衰患儿血清酶变化 ,有助于判别疾病的严重程度及治疗效果。Objective To explore the significance of serum enzymology in diagnosis and treatment of children pneumonia with heart failure. Methods Serum CK, CK-MB,LDH,AST were measured in 36 cases children pneumcnia with heart failure at different period aftet hospitalization, and 36 cases chiliden pneumonia without heart faiure were chosen as the control group.Results These serum enzymology concentration children pneumonin with heart failure were significantly different with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Monitoring the level of serum enzymology in children pneumonea with heart failure is helpful to evaluate the severity of the disease and treatment.
