摘　　要：196 6年国际载重线公约 1988年议定书修正案将于 2 0 0 5年 1月 1日生效 ,本文简要介绍了公约修正案附则Ⅰ第Amendments to the Protocol of 1988 relating to the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966 will enter into force on 1 January 2005. This paper introduces the development and its application of the new bow height formula in Regulation 39 of Annex I of the Amendments.
