摘　　要：司法不能离开舆论的监督,舆论监督也不能对司法独立形成干预,司法的裁判与评价只能以法律作为唯一的标准。国家应当赋予司法机关独立抵御舆论负效应的地位和权限,同时提高法官素质,实行法官精英化,建设一支高水平的法官队伍。Administration of justice can not diverge from supervision of public opinion; on the other hand, supervision by public opinion can not interfere to administration of justice. The referee and appraisal of the administration of justice can only regard law as the only standard. And the country should resist the strength of the negative effects of the public opinion for the judicial independence, improve judge's quality , implement judge elites, and build a high-level judge's team at the same time.
