摘　　要：我国档案工作已经进入电子档案时代,电子档案中的个人权利问题成为一个十分敏感的法律问题。电子档案所涉及的个人及其个人资料保护应当得到立法的支持,明确相应的保护原则,并且规制电子档案中的个人权利与档案管理者的义务。The archive work of our country has already entered the era of the electronic file, the individual right in it becomes a very sensitive legal problem. So the personal protection and materials that the electronic file involves should get legislating support, define corresponding protection principle and structure the individual rights and file administrator's obligation.
